Sura 70 Al-Ma‘ârij (Le Vie dell’Ascesa), versetto 19 – 21

1. إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا

   Indeed, mankind was created anxious:

   70:19

2. إِذَا مَسَّهُ الشَّرُّ جَزُوعًا

   When evil touches him, impatient,

   70:20

3. وَإِذَا مَسَّهُ الْخَيْرُ مَنُوعًا

   And when good touches him, withholding (of it),

   70:21
