Sura 81 At-Takwîr (L’Oscuramento), versetto 19 – 21

1. إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ

   (That) indeed, the Qur'an is a word (conveyed by) a noble messenger

   81:19

2. ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِنْدَ ذِي الْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍ

   (Who is) possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure (in position),

   81:20

3. مُطَاعٍ ثَمَّ أَمِينٍ

   Obeyed there (in the heavens) and trustworthy.

   81:21
