Sura 21 Al-Anbiyâ’ (I Profeti), versetto 27

1. لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُ بِالْقَوْلِ وَهُمْ بِأَمْرِهِ يَعْمَلُونَ

   They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command.
