Sura 25 Al-Furqân (Il Discrimine), versetto 51

1. وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَبَعَثْنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ نَذِيرًا

   And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner.
