Sura 70 Al-Ma‘ârij (Le Vie dell’Ascesa), versetto 41

عَلَىٰ أَنْ نُبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ
To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.
